Happy Easter!

すっかりイースターも日本でお馴染みになりましたね。毎年清水教室では、イースターエッグを作っています。

まずは、イースターの歴史から。イースターはイエス・キリスト様の復活祭、また春を祝うお祭りだということを、教えています。ハロウィン、クリスマスと並んで、クリスチャンにとっては大切な宗教行事ですが、生徒たちはとにかくパーティー大好きなので、楽しく作ってもらえたらと思っています。

These days, Easter is already familiar with Japan.

In Shimizu Classroom, we make Easter eggs every year.

First of all, I talk about Easter history. I tell my students that Easter means a revival ceremony for Jesus Christ, and also marks the cerebration of spring.

Not only Halloween and Christmas but also Easter are important religious events for Christians.

My students like to have a party anyway, so I just hope them to enjoy making the eggs.

今年度も、合同発表会を開催しました。例年は、よかセンター（イオン鹿児島中央店8階）で行うのですが、今年度は黎明館で開催しました。いつもと少し違う雰囲気で生徒たちも緊張していましたが、舞台に上がるとみんな一生懸命な音読やスピーチを見せてくれました！

We held Joint Presentation as well this school year.

Usual year, We hold it in Yoka Center [on the eighth floor of AEON Kagoshima Chuo shop], but it was held in Reimei-Kan.

My students were a little nervous because of the difference of mood there, they showed their best reading and speeches on the stage!

小学生中学年コースは、「もし農場を作ったらどんな野菜や果物を植えるか」と、「もしオーケストラの指揮者になったら、どんな楽器を選ぶか」というスピーチを行いました。

難しい楽器も、上手に言うことが出来ていました。

The students of the middle grades gave speeches about “If you make a farm, what kinds of fruit or vegetables would you plant?” and “If you are a conductor of a orchestra, which musical instruments would you choose?”

They could say sentences well even if they’re included a difficult word.
